Dragon in Knots does NOT have access to your full payment details, as payments are processed by Shopify or Paypal.

Dragon in Knots uses your information to respond to your inquiries, to contact you regarding your purchases, to fulfill your orders, and to follow up on missing/damaged packages (for instance, if we need to file a claim with the shipping or insurance company). If you make a purchase, Dragon in Knots will share your shipping information with the United States Postal Service (if you are not in the USA, the USPS will transmit your information to the postal services needed to get your package to your address) and Pirate Ship (a postage printing service). Your information will also be shared with the payment processor (Paypal or Shopify). We use Gmail as an email provider, and messages and orders you submit through the website are sent as an email to our Gmail account.
